As a fully trained mot tester mechanic I've been using total motor factors for yrs never ever had any issues these guys are awesome really have got me out of some difficult situations where I've not been able to get to them thay delivered without any problems always polite and happy to assist I totally recommend this business thay are awesome thanks guys

Really bad advice! Statement - if you don't use 50:50 mix antifreeze you might as well just use water! 50:50 is good for Siberia! 25% is more than adequate for UK! Common sense not so common at Total!

I came to ask about battery charging service yesterday. The shop assistant was polite and explained to me what to do. I mentioned that I had a problem just opposite the shop. My car would not start because battery got flat. My wife went there later to leave the battery to charge. Firstly she was asked: 'do you have something to do with the bloke who came in earlier? We tried to explain him but he spoke language that we do not understand'. This comment was made by another shop assistant. I even did not speak with him in the first place. The racist comment made us very upset. We live just opposite and we always shop in the same shop for years. I never had any problems with communication. I speak English. It was my first bad experience in this shop.
