Received my polish today - seriously impressed. Such a delightful and personal package - with wonderful guidance on how to use and a personal hand written card from Jo offering help, advice and also a gift of some sweet pea seeds. Serious about the environment too with a 25% discount on refills if returning the original glass pot (with free post sticker and packaging provided!). Simply a level of customer service, enthusiasm and going above and beyond that you simply never get these days. I would highly recommend ordering from them directly so you can enjoy the personal touch. Have not used it the polish yet - excited to do so this weekend and expect it is going to be superb! Will update accordingly.

By far the best wax polish I have ever used, the results are fantastic. If you haven’t tried it I highly recommend giving it a go, you won’t be disappointed. Beautifully presented, customer service is excellent and dispatch is extremely fast.
I placed an order for wax for mahogany furniture and then noticed 2 waxes could be used. Antique Gold Wax recommended for Mahogany and Rose Gold recommended for Light Mahogany. I sent a direct email, on line email and text explaining I would like to discuss best option wax before they ship as my furniture is called Rose Mahogany and is Australian, not English. No response was received and I have just received the shipping advice. So, do I just apply the wax and hope it doesn't affect the colour? I would have expected better service from an \artisan\ company. I know COVID-19 has disrupted how we interact, but if you can monitor and ship orders you can monitor and respond to enquiries.
I received my leather care and wood wax a few months ago and all I can say is \WOW\. Absolutely wonderful products and the personal attention to each customer has a long lost charm.
