I had such a great experience with Doreen! We went this past Saturday with my 4 year old for a flower girl dress. It was busier than expected and it was my daughter’s first time in a store since before covid. Doreen was so patient and fast with choices aware of the possible meltdown my child was going to have. I’m so grateful we got her to help us find the accessories and beautiful dress for the wedding day! I highly recommend her! She made a potential difficult experience into a special one! My daughter needed a maid of honor dress for her sister’s wedding in June and she was leaving the country in a few days . We decided to go to David’s Bridal to see if we could buy something off the rack and have it altered ASAP We were greeted at the door by Tiffany who assisted us in picking out a few dresses. my daughter chose the first dress she tried on and was quite happy with the look Grace the seamstress agreed to take us right away and gave some very helpful suggestions she also had my daughter walk around and sit with the pinned dress to make sure there were no issues Within one hour we had bought a dress with a promise of it being altered in time for the wedding Kudos to David’s bridal
Lisa was able to help us get the satin finish for our bridemaids dresses and order the correct size but i just wish there was more of a selection and variety for us to choose from. I felt like a lot of the dresses were all the same. Free surface parking lot available. Sundays is best day to come. Also she got us a 20 off coupon.
Stella helped us find the perfect flower girl dresses this past weekend at the Totowa, NJ location. With two nieces under the age of 6, I wasn't sure how the day was going to go, but Stella was very patient and kind with the little ones' excitement. She assisted with sizing and wanted to make sure everyone felt included with the shopping experience, making sure my two sister-in-laws (mothers of the flower girls) were happy with the dresses as well. Stella didn't hover over us the entire time, but made sure to check in often to make sure we had what we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, making the experience stress-free and fun. So, I went there with my daughter to buy dresses for a wedding. They are operating very well during covid. There was not enough selection, but my daughter and I got dresses and accessories. Prices are reasonable. I got shoes as well. The girl that was helping us, Elena was very attentive and helpful. But one advice to her if she’s reading this: when you are helping someone about 10 years older than you, don’t tell them they look just like your mom in ANY dress. You will soon be 40 and by the way you looked, now, you won’t look as amazing as i do at 40. If we were not in a middle of pandemic and if i wasn’t so tired, I would have made a huge deal out of that comment. But I am also a woman with class who was setting an example for her daughter and just pretended I didn’t hear that comment. That made my experience very bad and even though I found dresses.
When I came to the store Tiffany G was very reassuring for customer who is a newly mom and not confident in her new body. She was able to find a dress that was flattering for my body type. She showed patience with me and was willingness to find dresses. She has a sweet disposition where she was radiating kindness.
I came here to buy a dress, not knowing what exactly i wanted (style/color). Well, Tiffany came to the rescue! She was so helpful and patient (and super sweet). She gave me a bunches of styles and colors to try on. Once we were set on the color, she tried her best to get the style that best fit. I can't forget about her patience with me on buying shoes either. She truly was amazing and made the experience so much better.
Doreen was amazing! Very patient, funny and professional. Helped me with my wedding dress and my Bridesmaids. Just amazing and super smooth. I truly recommend the store and Doreen 1,000%
