clean, organized and the only pool store that had what I needed! staff is friendly, they are adhering to state guidelines...masks, limiting customers in store. line was long-ish but moved quickly. Staff and customers working together to get in and out quickly and safely.

My gunite pool had a leak, so I contacted Monarch which I use for all my pool chemicals. Their repair team hands down is the best in the business, found where my pool was leaking and told me exactly what was wrong. Had to wait on a part for a few days thanks to the pandemic. But once I got the part, Monarch sent the repair team back out to replace the part. The technician's were very professional and had it repaired in no time. If you serious about your pool Monarch is the place to use. The cost of the work that was done was not over priced and affordable. Thanks Monarch Pools!

What can I say? I booked an appointment with Monarch to service my filter due to a pin hole in the body. They show up on 5/28 told me they didn't have the parts and will return on 6/3...they never showed up! I called and reached a young lady which stated she will look into the matter. its now 6/5 no call back, and they refuse to answer the phone after calling multiple times and leaving messages, Terrible business ethics. I will not be using them in the future.
