This place is amazing. I have been going in for about 2 to 3 months now and I have enjoyed working out here. Due to covid classes in evening get filled up but you can always plan ahead and book those times. I hate missing my workouts and the staff has been really great. I strongly recommend to anyone with any level of fitness to the get the best and turn it from base to push and finnally getting that all out

Already a week in with the OTF Totowa in New Jersey. I absolutely love it! Its the best. I never pushed myself so hard the way i do with OTF. I am so happy my wife convinced me to go and try it out. Best decision i made for 2019, i can not wait to see how i will look and feel in 3 months from now. Btw the members in OTF Totowa are amazing and very professional. Also the music there is one of the best parts of the workout. The coaches know what they are doing and they really motivate you to always encourage that little push that goes a long way. Thank you OTF and i will keep recruiting my loved ones. Thanks!!

Orangetheory Wayne is very clean and the staff are wonderful. The trainers are super motivating
