I have been going to this pediatrics office for the past four years the receptionist staff is always rude & have poor communication skills the only reason I continue to go there was because of dr Sarah & dr Z they are the best !! They are no longer working there when I enquired about dr Sarah they said she was no longer with them and they couldn’t provide her info as to where she’s working I understand from a business point of view they didn’t want to lose patients but at least give people that opportunity to choose & it’s hard when your kids have been seeing the same pediatrician for years and then they have to get comfortable with someone else they didn’t even offer me a chance to pick another pediatrician from there instead wanted me to see whoever was available whenever my kids have an appointment. Long story short I’m taking my business elsewhere after two months of trying to locate dr Sarah I was able to locate her for all those people whose kids saw doctor Sarah & would like to continue doing so she is now with Elite Pediatrics On Broadway on Tuesdays & Friday’s your Welcome

I love Totowa Pediatrics! Wonderful and caring doctors. Highly recommended. I had to switch to another pediatrician because of a change in medical insurance and I miss Totowa Pediatrics SO MUCH. The new pediatrician is wonderful as well, but nobody quite compares to the doctors and staff at Totowa Pediatrics. I love them!
The doctors are dedicated and so patient with my daughter she’s scared of the doctors Doctor Z was her first doctor then I met Doctor Sara and she is such a sweet genuine doctor. All the doctors are great too.
I’ve been going to this practice for nearly 17 years, the level of professionalism is outstanding. All the doctors are amazingly skillful and take proper care of you. Booking appointments is fast and easy, and they take you in for emergencies in less then an hour. All the Nurses and Doctors know me by name, due to all my sports injuries I go in for, and they are the most caring and straight forward people you will meet. I don’t understand where these negative reviews stem from, because they aren’t true.
I had such a wonderful experience bringing my daughter here. This office is so organized and they always accommodate my busy schedule. Amanda is so friendly and always makes my daughter feel so comfortable. Dr. Abdulmasih is extremely knowledgeable and always answers my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this practice!
