Good luck making an appointment. They're open 9-8. Called at 1, no answer. Called at 2:45, no answer. Just called at 4:20, still no answer. How hard is it to pick up a phone

I truly miss the days that my doctors office was Tottenham Medical center on the main street!! Since they have changed to Vennix you can not get through to anyone on the phone and when you leave message after message and have no response its so frustrating!! When it was ole Tottenham MC you could also speak to someone pretty much right away and never had this much run around!! All I've been doing for almost a week now is trying to get a refill on a prescription I need for everyday, its an anti seizure medication and NO ONE there has responded!! I MISS DR ROBSON SO MUCH

I would have given ZERO star if there was such a rating. It's very, very difficult to reach anyone by phone - leaving a message is of no use since they hardly phone back. My doctor ( Lodhen) has not been available in person but my friend in Burlington did not have a problem to see her doctor. This so-called health system is very sick - wonder when people, especially Seniors are going to be treated as HUMANS. If I could find another doctor I would do so in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff can be quite rude at times and they never answer their phones. Its very difficult to get an appointment with the Dr amd even harder to see him in person. There is one lady at the front desk tho, I dont know her name but she is amazing. She has made some ammends when I really needed to see someone but for the most part I just go to other walk ins. Dr. Taheri though is great. Compassionate and knowledeable. I know the pandemic messed up how places run their business but Vennix has become a pain.

They NEVER answer the phones and the front desk staff are rude. If I didn’t like my doctor so much I would be gone.
