I visited the Tourneau store in Huntington, NY to look for a watch to wear while I send my current everyday watch out for repair. When I arrived I was greeted by Stephen who after listening to my tale of woe took the time to ask questions to get to know me, my lifestyle and what I am looking for in my next watch. With the information gathered he pulled a few watches out that he thought would be a good fit. He completely nailed it with one of his selections. It was a watch from a company I wasn't familiar with. Stephen was able to share his knowledge of the watch maker and all of the details and history surrounding the watch we were looking at. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and even more so of the care and time he took to make sure I ended up with a watch that matched me and my lifestyle perfectly. I will definitely be visiting Tourneau and Stephen again in the future!

I walked in with my jeans and tshirt. I got a top shelf greeting!!! I love this place!!!!! Then I met Brenda Meyer, she is one of the most awesome people I have ever met!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable!! I bought my dream watch at this store because of her, and when I am ready to upgrade I will absolutely make sure I buy it from her!! Love this place!!!!!

If you're in the market for a new watch, definitely pay a visit to this location as the staff and manager will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I had both Sonia and Kace assist my wife and I on two separate occasions and can say that they are both pleasurable to work with. Highly recommend seeing either of these two individuals should you stop by.

Went in tshirt and sneakers. Didn't have the watch I wanted, but sales rep offered to let me try on another model. Polite, knowledgeable and engaged. Hope to return. Update- less than a week after my first visit my desired s/s model came in.
