I found this facility to be out of date and the service was slow. When I called to complain I was hung up on. Stacy a very nice lady at the surgery center next door said she would look into as the people at the main facility do not care.

Cataracts impaired my vision, therefore it was imperative to have a surgical procedure to remove the old lens and replace with new. I won the lottery by choosing Tower Clock Eye Center. Dr. Kurt Schwiesow is extremely patient and kind. He listened to my questions and addressed my concerns treating me as an important patient. Not all medical professionals are caring and their treatment of a patient can be less than desirable. Definitely not the case with Dr. Kurt, he makes his patient a priority. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff at Tower Clock Eye Center. The treatment I received was amazing. The staff administering eye tests were friendly and professional. My surgical staff introduced themselves and chatted for a few minutes relieving some of the stress I was experiencing. All professional and answering any questions I had. The entire experience was awesome and I am serious when I say that. If you are looking for a doctor who is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind you will find those qualities in Dr. Kurt Schwiesow. I have recommended the Tower Clock Eye Center to family members and my friends. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

I chose to have my cataract surgery done here at Tower clock Eye Center. This was after much research and visiting a few of the valleys other cataract surgery locations. I received the best customer service and patient care here. All my questions were answered and I felt like I was in good hands, which turned out that I was. At other locations I was made felt to be just another number and therefore just another check. I was pressured to make an appointment and to make decisions and push to make those that mostly benefited the establishment not myself. dr. Thompson and his staff where are amazing and I recommend them to anyone who is having eye surgery of any kind. I have chosen to do any further or future procedures here with these great people.

Insanely slow. I had an appointment on Thursday, Jan 14th at 2:30. After arriving at 2:13, I did not get called back till 3pm, and left a little after 4:30. When I asked the first nurse whether 30 minutes wait times were typical, she said yes, especially later in the day. I've never encountered that in any other office or practice. During that time, I saw a provider for maximum 30 minutes. When dilating my eyes, the doctor said she'd be back in 10 minutes, only to return 32 minutes later. I would have decline eye dilation if I'd known I'd be stuck there so long that I'd have to take the highway in the dark with dilated pupils: bad combo. If you value your time, make an appointment somewhere else.

My first appointment yesterday. I had paperwork completed ahead of time plus I arrived timely. I thought it was odd people kept coming in to check to see if their appointment was ready, as they had been waiting in car for an hour. Well true story. I asked how much longer, probably half hour to 45 minutes. I told them my time is just as valuable and left. If you can't show respect on my first visit I can't imagine the quality of patient care is any better.
