Rented a boat over the 4th of July weekend and was very pleased with the service. Upon returning the boat my brother and I made mention that we wanted to go over all aspects of the boat including props and such to make sure we didn’t have any issues with the damage deposit. The clerk mentioned that it was no big deal and if there were any concerns that they would give us a call and report any findings they found unsatisfactory. Well here comes the catch, my brother just noticed a 300 prop damage charge added to his bill. There was no phone call like mentioned just charged. I find that highly unacceptable, not to mention that we have been going to lake vermillion since 94’ and have supported the local marina before the change. Hopefully they will rectify the situation.
