It's the Registry office for Tower Hamlets located a few minutes from Bow Church DLR station and is opposite Bow Bus Station. No nearby parking and very small lift. Lots of social distancing but some.of the security staff do not wear masks. You will have to wait outside as there is no waiting room.and only see one case at a time. 4 stars for punctuality of a booked appointment. Not 5 stars due to no waiting room, masks, parking and small lift. 4 stars
Had some business at the registry, they've made adjustments and it's safe given the Current Events. Staff were polite and everything was done quickly
Excellent service. Super efficient and well set up for social distancing and covid precautions with good ventilation. The attendant who processed my daughter's birth registration was absolutely lovely, as was everybody else I encountered there.
Amazing and beautiful ceremony, the staff were Soo kind and considerate as we had issues with the timing but they were so understanding and in the end we had an amazing ceremony, very emotional and beautiful ️ thank you
