Absolutely terrible service. I called to have the dumpster emptied a month ago and was sure to take the initiative and pay for the empty while i was on the phone with them. Fast forward a month later and i called to have the dumpster picked up and they try telling me i have an outstanding balance of 300 dollars because i never paid my empty charge month ago. This company is absolutely terrible and i will never be doing business with them again.

Have picked up my trash twice in a month. I'm a new customer. They told me they would drop the trash can where they wanted me to leave it every week. They dropped it right by my house. (I have a long drive way) I was surprised. I called to find out why they aren't picking it up, because it's by my house they say--needs to be at the end of the drive way. It has been over flowing at the end of my drive way now for weeks. Several phone calls, no return call from them. Terrible communication and service. If they would just tell me what they want I will do it! All I want is my trash picked up, and to pay them for gang service.

NEVER do business with this company! They are careless and treat customers like crap! My grandma had fallen in her yard and the truck driver refused to even help or call 911, she sat there for 24 hours before someone found her. Also heard of them wrecking things on people's yards and then denying it ever happened. They say they value their customers but that couldn't be further from the truth! Take your business elsewhere!
