The only way 5 stars would be possible under current management is if Google were to introduce a negative-integer sign to the rating system. Not sure if all these 5-star reviews are thinking of a different place, written by people with vested conflicting interests, or outright paid commentary, but among the myriad and diverse cross-section of my real-life neighbors the sentiment is almost universally negative. As a rare homeowner here, as opposed to the majority rental tenant population, I have no incentive to be dishonest with such commentary potentially harming my own resale value potential. That all said, the property manager Laura needs the disinfecting properties of sunlight to expose her petty tyranny; blind adherence to rules suiting her agenda du jour, willful ignorance of those which do not, with capricious enforcement and arbitrary consequences are frustrating enough but then made worse yet by ever-changing bylaws typically given unanimous consent by her yes-men board, moving official policy to suit the daily whim of our beloved and esteemed Dear Leader. For all that is good in this world, please let this be a warning to anyone who would ever dare give this woman anything resembling actual power: please strongly reconsider, there must be someone--anyone else--qualified for the position.

Broke my ankle and leg in 2016 on a common area sidewalk in this rapidly aging community. Buyer and renters beware there are tripping and safety hazards every few feet. If you want a house with an HOA that is run like an apartment complex, built in the 80s and not properly maintained since. This is the place for you. Good neighbors, great location. Property Managment has huge internal issues.

This is my HOA. They are the best townhouse in Parker I think. Management is always there to help you.

This is my HOA. I have lived in this complex since 2001. The HOA have always been helpful an awear of what is going on in the 500 community. It is a hand full to take care of that many units. The lady that is in the HOA office is wonderful and always has a smile on her face. The greeting when you walking the door is always by your first name. I don't know how she does it.
