The staff was helpful and friendly but I did not feel safe, did not feel like Town North Nissan was observing COVID-19 safety protocols AT ALL. I saw staff walking around with NO MASK, and many that were wearing a mask had their mask hanging barely above their lip. ALL staff sitting in offices were not wearing a mask... I don't understand it at all, does the AIRBORNE virus only transit when there are other people around in an office? Is that why you only wear a mask when someone comes into your offices?

BUYER BEWARE OF USED CAR PURCHASES. I purchased a truck with a severely stained & dirty interior only because I was promised that it would be cleaned thoroughly later since the crew was o longer there 'til after labor day\. After the make ready, I was very frustrated at the sloppy job, especially in discovering that the carpets & seats weren't steam cleaned as promised (completely dry with same stains). I asked for new carpet if the stains weren't removable & was told o\. I've previously purchased from private sellers who flip cars & sell cars in far superior condition than what Town North Nissan sold me, as well as another dealership who was great. It is clear that executive management & the business owners prefer to sacrifice good business practice to maximize profit to the cent.

I have been a customer of Town North Nissan since 2011. I started going there because it was convenient to where I worked, but I have continued to have my vehicles serviced at Town North because of the professionalism and honesty I have always received. They have always taken the time to explain things in detail and help me prioritize the work that needs to be done. In all the years I have trusted them with my vehicles, I have never felt taken advantage of. I no longer work near Town North, and have tried out other places that are closer. Unfortunately, these other businesses have never been able to provide the service, honesty and professionalism I have come to expect. It is definitely worth going out of my way to receive this type of service and respect. I highly recommend Town North Nissan to anyone looking for an auto shop they can trust!

Had 2 minor problems after the sale, couldn't seem to get anyone's attention which was very frustrating. My first thought - what if it was something big? Called Brendon Porter the general manager. Conversation started with an apology - something no one seem to do these days. Mr. Porter listened to my issues and said, \Here's what we can do.\ I understand employees have limits on their authority, but it's refreshing to find a manager who simply says, \I'll make things right.\ Next purchase: Town North Nissan.
