First and last time I'll ever buy from Towne. My wife and I bought a used 2016 Toyota Highlander from Nada. We didn't haggle, the deal was quick. After two days we realized the tires had uneven tread wear and were bald on the inside tread. I couldn't tell looking from the outside of the vehicle and we kept the car under 50mph on the test drive as it was rush hour on transit road. I called and expressed my concerns. Mike said bring it in and they'll see what they can do. I live in Hamburg and have two young children. I rearranged my day and brought the truck in. Service looked at the tires and said they are safe enough to drive on, there is no reason for new tires. The tires are so loud past 50 mph that you can't have a conversation in the car. If you want to drown out the whining sound, you can just turn up the radio past comfortable volume. The opportunity to make a happy customer was there. Offer a credit, swap them with some used tires, anything.. I didn't expect 4 brand new tires. Now I will be buying 4 tires and have to do alignment. I'm out at least 800 because Towne Mini couldn't do the right thing. Mike and Scott are clowns. Don't trust a word they say. Communication between Scott and my credit union was non-existent which resulted in my loan being for the wrong amount. I felt like I was being punished for not financing through the dealership. I paid the difference at no fault of my own. I'm pretty easy going. I am in sales and couldn't imagine running a business where you don't care about customer satisfaction. Avoid Towne Mini if you can!

We were so excited about our 2019 Toyota Sienna from Towne Mini, but the excitement started to fade when we picked it up and it had obviously not been cleaned inside. My husband specifically asked them to buff out some scratches (which they did an amazing job at), and to detail the interior. Besides previously being a professional detailer, we're in the middle of a pandemic!! Alan felt embarrassed about it, but the detail guy had already gone home for the day. He was really nice and said he would clean it while we were doing paperwork with the finance guy, Mike. As we were wrapping up with Mike, he said "no detail guy is happy with another detail guy's work." What?!!? It was DIRTY! So unprofessional. He made sure my husband's mask was over his nose but wasn't worried about giving us a clean car. After getting home later that day we realized we'd been driving around without the registration sticker, they forgot to put it on and had to drop it off at our house. My husband noticed the brake pedal was pulsating, but we got a good deal on the van, and although he was annoyed he just replaced them and the rotors, which were warped. We thought that's where the problems would finally end. But no... my husband takes the van through the car wash a couple days later and water started POURING in the back window. They agree to fix it, so we bring it in for service at Northtown Toyota, they replaced the trim all around the hatch. When they tested the solution, they found that the water was still getting in. Turns out someone tried shoving something in the back and slamming the hatch down and actually bent the frame. Super frustrating, but WE'RE UNDER WARRANTY right?! Well... it didn't mean much since Towne Mini said they can't take care of it and they're NOT GOING TO. We bought this van 15 DAYS ago. My husband used to RUN a small car dealership for over 10 years and knows how things are supposed to operate. It's not like this

Super fast. I had a check engine light pop up and made a call. I was in the next day and told it would take a bit to have the work done so I went to work. the staff was friendly and lively at 8AM and they got thte work done the same day! I'm a fan and will be back for any service I need on this Mini.

I recently went to test drive a car at this dealership. Every employee I encountered was very friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. Allowed me to explore all my options whether it was buy or lease. They followed up a week after (after asking if it was okay to set a follow up time) to see if I made a decision. Although I didn’t end up buying a car through them, they were very professional and kind during every interaction. I would recommend them.

The staff was awesome with us....made the experience real easy. Nada was amazing in helping find out the small details regarding our CPO purchase.
