This is the most caring veterinarian clinic/hospital that I have ever worked with. I had to euthanize my fur baby, and the staff and the doctors were phenomenal through the entire process. The procedure was humane and afterwards I felt that I had done my very best for my sweet baby girl. Naturally, I was extremely heartbroken, and the staff demonstrated care for me, as well. A couple of weeks afterwards, I received a card in the mail with hand written messages from every staff member expressing sympathy for my loss. It is something that made a difference in my life. I am so thankful and so grateful for the doctors and staff of this clinic. I will be a forever client! If you are reading my review because you are looking for the best place for your pets, you have found a great place that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Dr. Tinsley was great! He helped get our old gal back in working shape. She had been dropping weight and vomiting. They were able to provide next day ultrasound and squeeze her in. The girls at the front desk were polite and I have no problems getting an appointment. There is plenty of parking and the staff seems to be genuinely invested in their job.

Great animal hospital. Attentive staff, good prices. The doctor called a few days after my dog's appointment to check up on how she is doing. I am glad I picked this location for my pets.

My partner and I started taking our dogs to this vet in 2017. We had a wonderful experience up until 2020. The customer service has gone down hill within the year of 2020. The animal hospital has shifted its priorities from animal care to making sure they make the most money they can. One way is by over charging their customers on reoccurring payments. I have been over charged three times within the past two months. The first time they admitted they were wrong and refunded the money. The second and third time they claim that there was no overcharge. They can not admit when they are wrong. We had taken our older dog to get checked out and they ended up packing his ears. When our dog was brought out to my partner no at home care was given. A few days later our dog was unable to hear, so we removed some ointment from his ears. The next day we were told that we weren’t supposed to do that and that his ears needed to be repacked. Doctor Lewis and Cookie both claimed that verbal instructions were given. My partner does not recall any verbal instructions being given and that it was our fault for cleaning out his ears. He loves this dog more than anything so he would definitely remember if instructions were given. They argued with us for 30 minutes until we paid to have his ears repacked. They also can not keep track of invoices that have been paid. I would not recommend this vet at all.
