Staff was super helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us get our new Acura MDX. Also, their cat was the sweetest. I will be coming to visit little Minnie soon

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a car without the extended warranty. AS EVERYONE KNOWS DEALERSHIPS MAKE MONEY OFF OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I spoke with Christine Jenkins, (the owner) I told her that I did not need nor want the warranty, Christine then told me that she would purposely get me declined If I did not get the warranty and gap insurance. Christine lied to the bank about my down payment (I came in with 2500 to put down on the vehicle, Christine told the bank I only wanted to put 1,100 down on the car that costs 12,500. I saw this on the paperwork that the bank had sent back on why I had been declined, THEY SAID MY DOWN PAYMENT OF 1,100 WAS TOO LOW. That is NOT the down payment I brought to the table. Christine called me a “Punk” on the phone and was very unprofessional to someone with who knows this business and tried to take advantage of me because she thought I was young and uneducated on the financing of cars. I am 23 and have owned 4 cars and sold them without problem.I called the bank that they put me through (Westlake) and told them what happened and they told me that 2,500 would have been more than enough for this loan to have taken place with this bank without any warranty or gap insurance and that I am approved, after I called her out on what happened the said “I don’t have to sell you anything” but she could have just said no deal. I will be posting my conversation with them online and leaving the link here for everyone to hear what she said. I was nothing but patient and polite with her and she was very disrespectful. I wish I could have gotten the experience that the 5 star people got.

They are still trying to charge my debit card 100.00 after the LOAN COMPANY TOLD THEM TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. I WAKE UP THIS MORNING TO SEE CMJ MOTORS 100.00 PENDING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I BROUGHT THE CAR 9/14/20 and it it’s now 11/3/20. IF YOU EVER HAVE A DOWNPAYMENT GIVE IT TOO THE LOAN COMPANY OR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I AM A CHRISTIAN AND GOD WILL NOT LET YOU CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE. YOU CONTINUE TO MESS WITH THE WRONG ONE AND YOUR GOING TO REAP WHAT YOU SOW. I WAS GOING TO GIVE YALL A GREAT REVIEW AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR AND THEN THE LOAN COMPANY CALLED ME AND ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED. CMJ MOTORS TOLD ME THE BANK DID NOT ACCEPT MY OFFER OF 900 SO THAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME 100 mor. I REBUKE YOU SATAN IN THE NAME OF JESUS!!!!!! I I AM GOING TO MY CREDIT UNION AND THIS WILL BE DISPUTED AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT NO MORE . SNAKES

I wish I could give a 10 star rating! My experience at CMJ motors was superb, I had the pleasure of working with Julianna and Christine. There is nothing more satisfying than dealing with someone who is professional and knowledgeable. I walked away completely satisfied with my 2011 X3 BMW.
