They didn't fix the computer I brought in. The guy said he gave it to some guy who doesn't even work there. After over a week they didn't even fix it at all and it turned out to be something simple.

Do not bring your computer there for repair! I dropped off my Toshiba Laptop due to a defective screen. I was told the computer would be done in one week. When checking after one week as to whether or not computer was done, I was told that the computer was waiting for parts on order,I was not aware that PC Lan does not do their own work, rather they send computers out then add there cost. Moreover, I was told the repair bill would cost between 100 and 150, either there was a defective wire, or screen needed to be repaired. Given I needed the computer, it was sent back to PC Lan from where ever they send it to. What I did NOT know, is that the laptop was NOT repaired. What good was that? So the laptop was sent back by PC Lan for a second time to another repair shop, Did I mention, that they pass shipping costs on to customer. Nearly 60 I was charged with for shipping. My max of 150 bill turned out to be 215.82. The owner Is inept at best and should retire. Every time I called he didn’t give me straight answers or couldn’t.
