The rudest businessman I’ve ever dealt with. After being referred by GE, I called to set up appointment to fix our new washer under warranty. He was abrupt and condescending. He interrogated me about the situation as if I was pulling a fast one. He wouldn’t schedule an appointment and said he’d call back. After 24 hours, I followed up to check the status. He was abrupt and said he hadn’t called GE. And would call me later in the day. Well no call so I cancelled the appointment after seeing these other similar experiences. I do not trust people who act like this and feel he was treating me unfairly and unprofessionally. I will notify GE services about him. His name was DENNIS U. Stay away from this business. They act like they’re doing you a favor but they aren’t at all. Very poor manners and people skills. I wouldn’t care if he was the best appliance tech ever. I don’t deal with arrogant and condescending professionals no matter what field they work.

Great service. This is the second time I have used Aladdin Appliance Service and both times have been very satisfied! Very professional. Got back to me right away to schedule an appointment and arrived on time. Will definitely call again when I need another appliance serviced!
Would never think about using them. I scheduled an appointment with Aladdin because they were able to come assess our refrigerator before any other company and besides the reviews all looked pretty good. I explained our LG refrigerator's systems over the phone and the tech (same guy that answered the phone I believe) showed up as scheduled. He checked out our refrigerator as scheduled and said that the parts would take 3 business days to come in and he would let us know exactly once he got his shipment confirmation. So, 3 days later and after not hearing anything, I call to check. He seemed to be struggling remembering exactly what we needed and who I was. After jogging his memory he seemed a bit annoyed and explained that he told us it would be 3 to 5 business days for the part to come in once ordered. Um, why wasn't it already ordered? Needless to say, I'm writing this 2 weeks later and have yet hear back. Oh yeah, he gladly accepted his 150 service fee, to which we rceieved nothing in return except lost time. I would absolutely never, ever even think about calling this guy again.
We had purchased our LG refrigerator from Sears Outlet (first mistake). Within 3 months we were having issues with frost buildup and many other issues and needed a new control board. Contacted LG who gave us the runaround for 7 months. Finally we were connected with Aladdin's, who was the only company willing to follow through with service. They were professional, excellent communication leading up to the service, explained the process that needed to be done in order to file under the warranty (hopefully LG will honor). Dennis arrived at the time he quoted me and completed the work in under an hour. No mess, no fuss. Completely professional. Dennis took the time to talk with me about different brands, gave me recommendations on how to care for our refrigerator, as well as some tips on future appliances, what to look for and what to watch out for. I felt at ease and trusted that I would be left with a fridge that was even better than when I purchased it. 7 month of my nightmare finally over. Thanks to the fantastic follow through, professionalism, and terrific work of Aladdin. THANK-YOU SO MUCH DENNIS!!
