As one of the first groups to move into these new apartments our experience was very positive. Our quad looked out over the common area but the space wasn't noisy. The kitchen and the common room in the apartment was nice for socializing but having a private space with a bathroom was well worth the expense. The Management was easy to deal with and responsive. I'd recommend Altus for those staying in Towson.

DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS THE WORST. The building is dirty. Management and staff are terrible. I can go on and on. The pets use the bathroom all around the building. It may look all good from their Instagram page but in reality it is not. LOOK AT ALL THE PHOTOS I HAVE ATTACHED.
Honestly so jealous of all the TU students who get to live here soon. Its amazing and HUGE. The accommodations in the room are a dream and there is so much space and storage for each person. Living room? Gold star. Kitchen? Gold star. Bedrooms? Gold star. Closet space? Platinum star. Its very fresh and clean in the apartments and they just made student living that much more fun. The staff (especially my encounter with a "Liv") was very supportive of a strong community and was eager to help. Would highly recommend to any TU students or young adults.
My experiences at Altus have truly been one of a kind. When you walk in you are greeted with friendly and outgoing staff that make you feel right at home. Everyone is extremely kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. It’s a beautiful facility that has common rooms as well as other group hang out areas that come with a fireplace so you can sit outside. Great people and a great atmosphere.
The Altus apartment building located in downtown Towson provides a unique living experience and friendly environment. The architecture on the outside is very modern and it gives off a sense of cleanliness which is very calm and inviting. Once entering the building, all members of the staff were very helpful in directing me and asking if I needed any further help. If I could give a rating over 5 stars I most definitely would.
My daughter is a resident of Altus and we are very happy with the apartment and staff. Any time I have had any questions or concerns the staff has responded promptly. The front desk staff is friendly and the building seems well taken care of when I visit.
Altus has been nothing but disappointing. The network and WiFi is not strong enough to support zoom classes and I have had constant problems with a weak connection. This place is poorly ran because of terrible management. The place is also very dirty and I have seen blood on the stairs multiple times throughout the year. I highly recommend avoiding getting a place at altus. It is overpriced and the walls are paper thin. It is very modern but not worth the price. Things are stolen from the gym and management does nothing about it. Machines in the gym are also broken. Altus has people write 5 star reviews to make it look better but do not be fooled. Do not live here! Also, expect a minimum of 5-10 fire alarms that will be set off early in mornings for no reason. This place is trash
What. A. Place. Been living here going on 2 years now and it’s perfect. I always say when your looking for a place to live it all comes down to location! location! location! and that’s exactly what this dwelling has to offer. It has loads of space and plenty of amenities to keep you company. If your stuck deciding whether or not to live here just take the chance!
