Due to COVID 19, you can get in by appointment only. Once done, easy in and out. Placed an online order and picked up my purchase fast. While I was there, staff provided opportunity to purchase accessories and answered questions. Knowledgeable, courteous, fast.

Customer service is not part of the business plan with Apple. Took my 23 day old iphone 12 to this store because it wouldn't power on. They took my phone with the SIM card. Returned the next day after they stated they replaced the display. Attempted to restart the phone after getting home (1 hour away) to find the SIM card was not reinstalled. In fact, they didn't replace the display, they replaced the phone with a "like new" phone. After contacting Apple support and my carrier and this Apple Store, the representative refused to provide his name and title. Stated they would provide another SIM card if I drove to the store to pick it up. Fortunately for Apple, my local Verizon rep provided a new SIM card and now after a week without a functioning phone and 20 hours on the phone with Apple and Verizon, not to mention, I can use it. The following day i contacted Apple again for compensation. They offered 1 set of 200 airpods (Gen2) from the Apple Store. Walmart offers this exact product for 130.00. WOW....Apple I now know why you share only a small percentage of the world market. With the kind gesture from Verizon, they saved the network account. As for Apple....well you will share even less of the world market. If i could give zero stars, I certainly would.

The worsttt. Just wanted to take a look at the phone options to see what the colors looked like before making a 1000 purchase and couldn’t go in the mostly-empty store w/o an appt. Oh, but if I was making a purchase then and there I would’ve been allowed in. Amazing. Just want your without respect for the customer experience.

Apple does many things right. Operating under adverse Covid conditions puts a serious burden on retailers. Apple handles it well. The store and staff do a great job of meeting COVID guidelines. I have a couple of suggestions for you if you need to come to any Apple store. Make an appointment. This is crucial to a satisfactory visit. Show up no more then 10 minutes early. And, understand we are all trying to operate under a great amount of pressure. The staff here is pleasant and they deserve to dealing with pleasant customers.

I ordered my new phone online. I went to the store to pick it up. At the store, I was helped immediately. We started setting up my phone, but for some reason it wasn’t activating. The gentleman that first started helping me asked Dominic, who I assume is the manager, what he thought and Dominic took over from there. Instead of sending me to Verizon to work it out, Dominic called Verizon himself and went through the whole activation process for me. I was able to leave with my brand new phone fully activated (which didn’t look possible at first). Thank you so much Dominic!
