We ordered the same entree and side but when they were served, one entree and side was 2x larger than the other. Extremely inconsistent preparation. The manager apologized and brought us additional food. Our server, Grace, was wonderful with the right amount of attention and great memory of our orders. The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp were very good. We had a good experience and would go there again.

We visited this place after a not so good visit to another location. Applebee's have great deals, but sometimes I am seeing not so great service. We have been here off and on and have been here twice since in the last two weeks. Food is good and hot. But this visit would have been great if the chef listened to his team member and thos patron. I wanted my broccoli undercooked instead I got overcooked broccoli. I didn't make a fuss but Tori went out of her way to make sure something could be done for me. She is the best server there. And I made sure she got a little something just to make her feel good. Not sure if we will return, but overall this location is way better than the last one we visited.
Very good staff, service, and the food was great. They made my 1 year old grandson feel like a big boy!
Quick service and good meal and drink deals despite being pretty packed on a Friday night. Love that you can order/pay/call waitress right at your table on the kiosk. Restaurant floor and table/seats could've been better cleaned but the bathroom was good.
My boyfriend and I place a order over the phone for curbside pickup. We checked in via the app and waited 20min for the attendee. A few seconds later I went inside to retrieve our food, which was sitting on the counter getting cold. Not to mention my ribs were burnt. Don't believe the curb side Ads... Just mask up and get your food.
