Wonderful service! As a very novice sewer, and not a very fabric knowledgeable person, I called up on a Friday morning recently with a few questions. Someone patiently answered them all, and got me started in the right direction for picking out my selections. When I got off the phone, I put in an order online for pick-up, and just a couple of hours later, I got a phone call from another friendly employee letting me know my order was ready. Superb business in every way, and so refreshing after weeks of not being able to get anything arranged with any of the big box art/craft suppliers. Great, great job keeping up with pandemic safety measures as well, at a time when some other businesses are starting to get lax. So happy with these people. Friendly and helpful, easy to work with! I'll be excited to shop with this business again in the future.
