I've been living here for a few months now and I love it! The location is convenient and the views are amazing. The leasing office staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. Maintenance always responds to our requests within 24 hours, which is better than the last place I rented. Overall can't complain.

I've lived at Berkshires for a while now, and recently needed to move to a smaller unit within the building. Ikea was so helpful and kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. She is very welcoming, and her and the rest of the staff help me feel at home here. I was very happy with my old unit, and am loving my new one as well. Berkshires has garage parking, a laundry room with nice machines, and a gym with workout options. I like that they've recently added an ATM and recycling program as well.
Horrible maintenance in the building. Water is shut down for some every week and this has been happening for over a year now. Sometimes they give notice other times they don't to which we have to call the after hours emergency line who's response time at the best is a couple of hours. The view and apartment is good but not worth the horrible maintenance.
This building has no AC on . The building inside today was 85 degrees ? They are still running the heat & tentants are paying for it plus suffering in this godly heat. Hey mangement ? FYI it's spring in Maryland temps now require AC . This building has gone down the drain , you will be losing tenants. PUT IN THE DAM AC
great location, although there is some street noise. has all the amenities my roommate and i were looking for (gym, pool, laundry facilities, etc.) the business spaces on the lower 2 floors are a work in progress and a bit of an eyesore, but hardly a dealbreaker. all the staff are super nice and the rent deals are awesome. would definitely recommend for students looking for off campus housing.
I've never been to an apartment that feels more like a home than Berkshires at Town Center. Ikea the assistant property manager and maddie the leasing professional are some of the friendliest most helpful staff i have ever met. From the application process to my move in they were super helpful every step of the way, and they are super attentive to any issues i might have. Another thing i love about the property is how clean the common areas are. The cleaning staff is very detail oriented. I always feel like I'm in my own home whether I'm using the gym, game room or any of the plethora of amenities that they have on site.
I just moved in on Saturday & Ikea made my moving process so easy and comfortable! Everything went smoothly from the paperwork to the actual apartment. I love my place so much, it’s so much space and exactly what I asked for. I really appreciate Ikea for welcoming me to the Berkshires with open arms & I would definitely recommend!
