Service was wonderful and very professional from beginning to end!! I dealt with Mr. Terrence Savoy directly, who was extremely fabulous! In addition, the entire team at BMW Towson was terrific. The loaner car made the three day time period doable and convenient! Except for the cost of the service, I am a very satisfied customer!

Despite the fact that I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, the service team proactively contacted me to notify about recent recalls. They got my vehicle in the same day, provided me a loaner, and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. The next day I received a video from the mechanic walking through the recall repairs as well as pointing out potential issues to consider addressing in the future. It was very informative, but not salesy at all. Not only do I intend to use BMW of Towson for future service, but if the customer experience is anything like what I had with the repair, I intend to reach out to them first for my next purchase. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer experience and care.

Still waiting on my car. This rating is actually for the customer lounge...it's terrible! BMW can do better. Only powdered creamer for the coffee, exactly one flavor of tea bag in a box that has 8 slots, and a scarcely stocked fridge with generic water and canned sodas...and I don't drink soda. BMW can do better!
