The staff is so supportive and knowledgeable. Your more than just a patient; you are a person/family going through one of the most difficult times and they understand that and help you through. Highly recommended office!

I had the best experience at this office. The front desk staff was always kind and welcoming. The nurses we friendly during every visit. Dr. Padilla was very attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. And more importantly i became pregnant after 4 months!
Michelle was very rude. Once I finally received my partial deposit back, it was wrong. I had to have my Insurance Provider call their office for me, only to be told yes she did pay this amount but that amount was wrong. My insurance provider then said well you over charged her we paid a portion of that, only to be told that the person that can help us does not have a phone number and that we could leave her a message. We leave a message never heard anything back from the office. We call back almost a week later and Michelle gets smart with me and says we generated a new check. How would we know that the issue was resolved if no one reached out to us. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. I cant speak on the medical staff, this is based off of billing alone. IVF is stressful enough as it is, you shouldn't have to stress about billing to. Go to Shady Grove that's what I did and I haven't had one single issue. Smaller is not always better.
After 8 years of TTC via assisted technologies and having no positive pregnancies we decided to change to a new fertility facility. We met Dr. Padilla and his colleagues and liked everything about this fertility center. Their positivity and compassion is amazing. We go in on Monday for a beta test to see if we are pregnant, officially. I am writing this review now because we took an at home pregnancy test and for the second time we are pregnant. Going through infertility testing, treatments and procedures produces more emotion in a person than one could imagine. This group really understands. I very much appreciated your entire staffs bedside manner. Thank you all so much for doing what you do.
