LaToya was so welcoming, she made everything very at ease and understanding. My appointment was at 9am I was done at 9:50am. I was able to know what I was getting before I left the door for this year tax break. I have never been a fan of taxes nor understand it well. I didn’t even ask her to break it down she took the initiative to inform me on the breakdown of my 1040’s. Extremely organized front staff Lisa was awesome!Amazing spirit overall awesome.
