Our sales consultants, Joseph Brennan(820) and Lisa May(823) were beyond spectacular. Joe spent so much time with us and at no point did he make us feel we were wasting his time. Joe and Lisa deserve praise and recognition for a job well done.

I liked the variety of choices I had. I like that some things can be customized with slightly different choices. Example can choose 3 different types of arms for the couch and different fabrics too. My sales person Lisa May was very knowledgeable and met our needs. I also really like the fact that I can have a decorator come to my home and give me her suggestions at no extra cost. As soon as I know what I want I am definitely going to use this service. I also like the financing for 60 months at 0% interest. As soon as I have my furniture I will let you know what I think.

A few minutes before we had visited another store, however we didn't feel as welcome as Joe made us feel. The minute we walked into the store (Towson location) we felt the warmth by the appreciation of the associates. We were attended by Joe who was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to furnish us with the information we needed for our future purchase. Though the time line for our delivery is not what we desired because of Joe we will make our measurements as he instructed and will return to make our purchase. We will not be going anywhere else.
