I would like to thank the staff at Holly Hill for the great care you gave to my wife during a extremely exhausting time of Covid . Lisa has made a full recovery and has returned home.

My mom was at Holly Hill two months ago during the CODIV crisis for three and half weeks. Even though I couldn't visit her, I was always able to call and check on her. The nurses and staff were always so helpful. They were even helpful in getting my mom to face time with me. Since family could not visit, the staff made it a point to visit my mom daily, to talk, chat and make sure she was comfortable. I would recommend Holly Hill to anyone.

If I could rate one star I would!!! My mother in law was in holly hill for a month or so... they had awful staff, from the front desk to the nurses . My mother in-law was taken to the hospital. I called to set up a time to pick up her belongings, I told then multiple times I lived a good hour and half away. They gave me a time and a day. I came that day and I was told they wouldn’t have the stuff ready for 1 day. I called that next day .they said they were going to call me back. Never did . 3 months of calling and calling and still not response, they must have lost her belongings or were stolen !! Will be forwarding everything to a attorney!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! DO NOT SEND FAMILY OR ANYONE !!!

Concerned Friend of patient

Patient admitted to this facility, this past week. Taken to an isolation room and abandoned. She rang the call nurse button, for two hours no response! Because of the painful situation she was in, the only way to get help was to call 911!

I would like to thank the staff for taking care of my mom during the Covid pandemic. Mom had a stroke and they staff would set up facetime with myself and mom...Thank you for for caring.
