Working with Jackie as our real estate agent was an absolute dream! She is the third real estate agent that we've work with over the course of five years (buying and selling first a condo in Baltimore city and then a townhouse in Baltimore County), and she is hands down the best. Jackie was always available and responsive to answer our questions or concerns, and she constantly went above and beyond our expectations as our real estate agent to help sell our house for the best price. We were out of state for nearly the entire selling process, but everything still went smoothly thanks to Jackie. We feel very lucky to have gotten to work with her and plan to recommend her to any family or friends who need a real estate agent in the future.

Jackie Ovad is an AMAZING real estate agent!!! We are her repeat clients. Need I say more? Four years ago, we hired her to find the right tenant for our rental property. She moved fast and quickly filled the vacancy. The tenant stayed with us for 4 years. Then, we decided to sell our rental property a few months ago. Without a doubt, we hired Jackie on the spot. Her work ethics and tenacity to complete the job is not something common in other real estate agents. It comes from years of experience in delivering results. But you can find these kinds of reviews anywhere. Let me tell you something beyond her obvious hard working nature. She works this hard as if this were her personal home to sell. The upgrades she recommended got us closer to our ambitious selling price. The contractor she hired (go Carlos!!!) has been working alongside her on other listings and has proven to be extremely intelligent, hard working, honest, diligent, and very affordable. Together, this is a power combo, one that everyone can benefit greatly. We're non-Maryland residential owners, so we couldn't visit our property frequently. We simply trusted Jackie with all the upgrades to bring our home to the highest standards. She handles everything for us, making frequent trips to our home to tie any loose ends. She oversaw all upgrades and repairs, in our absence. I guarantee you will not find these qualities in other real estate agents. Not all real estate agents care for their clients like Jackie does. Her advice is valuable, her actions are quick, and her promise is solid. She's incredibly dependable, and I say this as an understatement. I'm extremely fortunate to have worked with her twice. Jackie was my agent when I sold my house in Owings Mills, MD this year. Since I live out of town I was looking for an agent who could handle all aspects of the sale process and Jackie proved to be top notch throughout the entire process. She patiently answered my questions about the sale process and was knowledgable about the process (including the out-of-state tax requirements), she helped manage the renovation process and recommended professionals who helped with various aspects of the sale, she was very responsive and called back promptly when she was occupied, she prepped the home and got it ready to be listed and shown to prospective buyers, she provided useful counsel during the negotiation process and she worked with the management company to obtain the resale package in a timely manner. We got an offer for the property within a day of it being listed on the market and the sale closed on schedule 4 weeks later! Jackie Ovad is a great realtor. She is patient, professional and informative. All the qualities we, my brother and I, needed to sell our late mother's home. After our mother's passing, it was a very emotional time for us. When we finally decided to sell mom's home, I decided to seek, find and research a realtor who not only knows how to sell a home, but who could understand how to sell the house to which we were emotionally tied. And because neither of us lived in the same state where the house resides, or worked the same schedule, Jackie overcame the challenges of location and time restraints to get the job done.
