A Terrible bunch. We dumped them and worked with a different agent. This is a seller 's market and the agents play to that. They want the buyers to compete and pay more. They will tell you there are multiple offers on the same house when your offer is the only one. They want you to add an escalation cluase, when one is not needed. They also have hidden fees, it is straightforward, they get commission, no fees, they played games and got Zilch. Zero. Let me make it clear, we are buying a home, and soon will be listing our home. Not only they lost on helping us buy or sell our home, but if the buyer to our home is working with this group we will not agree to sell to this buyer, this is how determined i am not to contribute a penny to this bunch of cheats.

For some reason their voicemail always picks up. Not good business. I've none of them for 3 years. It didn't start well for a friend of mines. Her affiliation with this company was not good. I just happen to have thought of them recently. Well...I called and guess what, no one answered the phone. Oh well, that's there loss. I guess business is so great, they can afford not to answer the phones.
