I was able to pick up a necklace I purchased online. Unfortunately, I did not like it as much as when I saw it online. The clerks were friendly and refunded my credit card account. I was able to find another necklace while I was at the store. The associate who helped me, Irene Marmaras was very helpful and friendly. Like myself, she was happy to see the number of customers that were there today. She searched for a gift box at a couple of different counters to find one for me. I was glad she gave me her business card so I wouldn't forget her name in filling out this survey, which I rarely do at any store. If I have to make another run to Macy's, I hope she's still there to wait on me.️

I hadn’t shopped in Macy’s for a long time. Got tired of going to the mall, not finding parking, searching for a salesperson, only to have that person be unhelpful, plus forgetting my coupons and missing out on sales... BUT this time was great! The Towson mall has a new parking system showing open spots, sales staff in Macy’s were everywhere, extremely helpful and nice, great selection of merchandise to choose from and a new computer system that gave me instant discounts and cash back to continue shopping same day or use up to one month from today. Great experience!
I couldn't find anything I liked in the store. It's like they only have clothes for kids. Yup if you like skinny jeans you'll find them here.
Great go to the men's department and ask for lockman awesome customer service
Not as inviting as it once was. Walked through 3 levels of Macy's and not 1 employee asked if I needed any help. Or even greet me for that matter. I am use to the over achieving of the customer service and it seemed a little flat. But 3 stars for the always wonderful cleanliness.
I’m giving Macy’s five stars because the customer service is great. Although I don’t find all the clothes and things that I used to live here anymore. I’m still hoping to Macy’s will regain their former glory.
Macy’s has a wide selection of clothes here. Massive discounts going on as well! 60-80% off on different departments. If you’re worried about a fitting room they do have one open as well. Great prices and service.
I love Macy's! I shopped in the Backstage store. I saved so much money. My handbags were so cheap and I gave one away as a gift. The staff was nice!
