Dr McAfee saved my life. I had a screw lodged by my carotid artery from a previous neck fusion. I went to the neurosurgeon and he refused to remove the screw. Dr McAfee not only removed the screw but he corrected the previous neck fusion as the first one didn’t work. I would recommend Dr Mcafee to anyone who needs spinal surgery. He has a great bedside manner and explained everything in detail so you can understand. His team is awesome and professional.

Over an hour wait, after the scheduled appt time. Told to arrive 15 minutes prior to appt time yet made to wait for over an hour after appt time and before seeing a doctor (who was very mildly rude himself dr detterline). Why would you choose a dr/surgeon/practice with so little respect for the patient? I guess this practice is too big to fail.... Really? What possible 'unforseeable situation' could happen that would justify a doctor and staff not saying a word to a waiting patient for over an hour? Shameful because I sat in the closest chair to the staff after registration. Actions speak louder than words and your silence for my 1 hour wait plus mild rudeness from Dr detterline equals ZERO respect for the patient. Why would anyone call you now,10 days after the fact, when you would not say a word to me when I was in the waiting room for an hour?

Dr. Catanzarettii, best for 20 plus years, had a very difficult shoulder surgery. he was great. turns out i had friends he worked on over the years. Top dog doc!!
