I had a superb in this spot. We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and the menu. The staff were super amiable. I’m happy we eventually managed to visit this restaurant.
Hotel is nice and clean but you must pay for parking. Food at Rain 103 the hotels restaurant was great. Crabcakes are delicious made with lump crab meat cooked Maryland style. Wings are very good.
As always, a wonderful experience. Thanksgiving with heart and an extensive menu, offered buffet style. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Chefs are always on point. This has become a Thanksgiving tradition for my family. See you again next year Rain Restaurant and Sheraton Hotel North Towson!
Food was great for a hotel. Service was excellent, even though they were closing up. Kiarra was the best! Wish they stayed open later, but we had a nice dinner there regardless. Wings were great, got a Buffalo wrap also, and that was very good. Everyone seemed happy with their meal.
We ate off the menu for breakfast. Eggs benedict-english muffin was like a rock. The egg white omelette was inedible. Tasted of oil and was soggy and tasteless. Overall a terrible experience and when we said this-nobody attempted to address it.
If i could leave a comment with out a star I would have stared them 0... There is no customer service, no organization, no consistency and no one cares... all I wanted was oatmeal..on Monday morning... didn't ask the lady at the register because she had already told a customer she was not there to be working. The waitress wondering around gave me minimal help... charged me then stuck the money in her pocket and failed to give me change.. had to ask her for my 5.75 in change and that really threw her off because she could not count change and had to ask another co worker to ensure the amount was correct...... Wednesday gave it another try.. new lady yahoo!! Wrong.... she's upset and telling someone she needs to be at the register because she's to busy for this... I ask for oat meal which has now doubled in price since 2 days ago... at which she tells me those people on Monday and Tuesday don't know what they are doing they make up their own thing.... I canceled my order and walked away... at this time she tells at me down the hall that she'll give out to me at the same price as Monday..... SERIOUSLY I know now why there place bass mostly been empty my whole week stay....
Nice staff, drinks aren't super expensive.
