Was very unhappy with the followup from staff. We had our first consult which was a zoom meeting, we were early and setup for our morning visit but after 20 minutes we called the office to ask if anyone was joining the meeting. Dr. Beall showed up shortly after and told us we would be able to go over the options with a financial consultant, we said great to start the next steps and then were hit with a 180.00 bill for the initial \free consult\.

I started my IVF journey at SGF. It was so bad that I almost gave up on everything. After only a few visits I decided to change. I didn’t like anything about them. They treat you like you really don’t matter to them at all. They don’t show care or feeling. They don’t do a thing to make the process easier for anyone. Good luck getting through to anyone. They don’t explain things well at all. They only care about and it really shows. I am currently doing IVF with a clinic right over the Delaware line. There are other options out there.
