All I have to say is don’t waste your time or money coming here to get your phones screen replaced. They advertised that they could fix and completely fried my phone & then said they would give me half the money to get it repaired. Big nope.

Great place for all of your copy and print needs. The time of wait was a bit long, being that there were 4 persons working, however the young man Jay exuded customer service. He is very helpful and cautious and friendly with customers waiting, and assistance. I will be back for his assistance.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off something to be printed and laminated, and picked up something that was done poorly and was not what I asked and paid for. When letting the woman know that I was not pleased, she gave me attitude and told me that she would have to do more work to fix it (okay what’s the problem ma'am). She decided to bring her manager over to discuss what happened, and he did not show any remorse for me being dissatisfied with what I received. Instead, he made it his mission to explain what they went through to complete the job. I let them know that I understood; however the print job was very tacky and simply did not look good, and that I would be willing to pay for the process to be done again. They told me it was nothing they could do. Do not go to this location for any printing needs. Their customer service is terrible.
I was appalled to walk into the store and see profiteering at it's worst. On the copy counter I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer with a note that read, "1 per pump." How ridiculously disgusting, in a time of crisis they are robbing the general public of a dollar for a squirt of hand sanitizer. I will never do business with them again.
You can do your own faxing, copying, scanning and printing without help from the associates. But if you need help, they are there. And in a hurry. Store was clean Anna's quiet. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. This was my mom's favorite Staples and now it's my favorite. *****
Plenty of parking. Greeted by very pleasant associate upon entering the store (HUGE). Store was very clean and organized. I was able to easily find what I was looking for with the assistance of another very nice and willing associate. The same nice associate who greeted me ended up checking me out. Great deals and EXCELLENT customer service!
If you need a briefcase, hit Staples! A briefcase/laptop bag is a surpridignly hard thing to find these days. Staples has a solid selection. Nothing super special, but a decent variety that should suit most tastes. I checked three stores before heading here and they had nothing. This store is easy to navigate and my transaction was fast.
Terrible communication skills from employees and the company. What should have been a simple purchase is now a 3x visit and i i still have no product
