I can't believe they charge for this food and service. First of all food didn't look ftesh, the cheap employee added just a couple of slices of cheese; my wife told him to add more and we paid extra for the same amount we pay regularly at a normal Subway . Please check the food because my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs. Should I go on.... The worst Subway ever .
I ordered two subs from here for pickup because of corona. It was the worst looking sub I got all around towson. Even though I asked for light sauce, they blasted the sandwich with chipotle sauce causing it to get everywhere whenever I took a bite.
Excellent customer service skills. The place was clean and tidy.
The older lady that made my sub was rude and didn't know how to prepare the slider I ordered. She basically just threw topping on without even aiming for the bread. She crumpled my receipt in her fist l, handed it over and I guess that was my sign that I should leave? No 'have a nice day' or 'here is your reciept'. Customer service is important even if you don't like a person, it's part of the job and it is not hard. I gave two stars instead of one because their is a dude that works there that is really good.
