Disgusting. I’ll add photos if possible. Tacos were soggy beyond belief. They were smashed. Sauce packets came in a huge chunk, held together by what appeared to be a week-old exploded packet. Tacos did not come with lettuce and cheese. THE WORST. Update: Corporate does not respond at all to concerns. Part of my order was completely wrong and they didn’t even respond. Not going here again. I suggest disputing the charge with your credit card company if they refuse to offer a refund on incorrect orders.
This is my local tacobell but since I've been eating here for the past 10 years I've always received good service here if there's is a problem with my order they always try to make it right. The staff always friendly and helpful although I would always recommend that you use the drive through service is much faster.
Employees here are doing a phenomenal job! Long drive thru line however it moves quickly. Drive thru cashier was friendly and polite and easy to understand through the mic. Food was hot and order was correct! Thanks ladies and gents! Will be back soon!
ordered 3 cheese quesadillas (vegetarian) received chicken, drove 20 minutes back got my order corrected only for ONE quesadilla to actually have cheese the other two were literally just bread. i just worked 12 hours so i’m not about to drive back again, 15 wasted and wasn’t even given a receipt to get refund so thanks. edit: spoke to hayward who informed me he would remake my food (yet again) but i don’t even want it i just want my back honestly. edit 2: ended up going back that night. funny how they told me to come today (thursday) but have been closed all day. glad i went yesterday, won’t be returning again. edit 3: literally the ONE STAR taco bell on reisterstown rd has better service. GO THERE INSTEAD
