My college brother took me there for lunch. There was a 25 minute wait to be seated. They took his number and texted him when our table was ready. I that was really cool. Our server was was courteous and attentive. She gave us time to figure out what we wanted. We ordered the Korean Fried C cauliflower. It was excellent. Our entrees were great also. I had the turkey and avocado club sandwich and he had a chicken dish. The food was excellent and looked as good as it tasted. We ordered cheesecake to go. We were stuffed. I love this place. .
I love the Cheesecake Factory and this past Friday I took my family here for dinner.. anyway I wanted to thank the manager on duty Mr Justin for being so kind and patient with our table as I sent several things back to the kitchen. He was more than accommodating to us and I can really appreciate that about a person/establishment. I will return ASAP because not only is the food delicious but the customer service is A1 ... above and beyond. Thank you Mr Justin MOD
First time there to have lunch with colleagues. Tavon was our server and did a great job - very friendly and interactive! Food was also great especially for the price point. Will definitely return and recommend to others
Friend's Birthday! Social Distancing sanitation in full effect. Food was hot & delicious str8 out the kitchen. Server very sweet & attentive; all staff was friendly & just awesome!️ (Had decadent chocolate fudge & carrot cake for dessert not pictured.)
Being very honest and upfront. With no previous reservations we showed up and put our name in to wait for a table and were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. That seemed to me a reasonable amount of time to wait. After 50 MINUTES of waiting and checking in, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. After another 40 minutes we were sent in to the hostess. That's an hour and a half of waiting time for a 20-30 minute wait! The hostess took us to our table which was not ready and still had all the dishes from the previous customer. We were taken back to the hostess desk to wait another 6 minutes for the table to be prepared. The waitress was prompt and polite. Took our drink order and returned with drinks quickly. We ordered dinner when our drinks were brought to reduce the already ridiculous wait time. 35 minutes passed from time time we ordered to the time our food was brought. More than 2 hours passed from time we arrived to the time we received our food. Very disappointing. I understand the restaurant being busy, what I have trouble with is the lie about the wait time and the unprepared table. The food was not up to the level of the pricing. The portions were very disproportionate. Fried shrimp platter had 6 medium shrimp with a huge amount of french fries. Exactly opposite of the menu picture. Fish and chips meal was the same experience. Resembled fish 5 sticks. In fairness, the dessert was very good. But it doesn't save a very disappointing experience.
The cheesecake wasn't on top of their game this visit. I always enjoyed eating there just not this visit the shrimp jambalaya wasn't tasty. The service was awesome as usual
Their cheesecake is truly exquisite and I highly recommend the white chocolate truffle blackberry cheesecake. Whoa Out of this world.. I also liked their turkey chili ️, simply scrumptious. I enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere and the drinks. Delicious
