So far I have no comment on treatment because I have not received it yet, but I do have a comment on the receptionist or “manager” Caroline. She is rude, unprofessional, and possibly lazy. She could not effectively communicate about required documents for treatment, and was not timely in making sure documents were prepared and/or obtained. Currently she’s claiming to have COVID in the UK, and that I can not schedule an appointment until she returns. A facility should not shut down because of one in apt person. Also, Ashley. She picked up communication when Caroline just stopped responding to my emails. She is new, but seems more capable than Caroline. I intend on continuing with the process of treatment here simply because I need treatment. But if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere I would suggest going elsewhere. Definitely way more stressful than it should be. Very unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr. Newman for many years and he has done nothing, but provide excellent care. He truly cares about his patients. All of his staff have always been extremely caring, helpful and understanding too. I highly recommend Dr. Newman and his team!!

The therapies they offer are extremely effective and have made a bigger difference than I ever could have hoped for. However, there are a LOT of problems with the office. Dr. Newman runs the place like a business, not with patient care at the forefront. But ironically, the billing department is a mess. I went months without being billed, and afterwards I had a large buildup of copays but no clear paperwork trail to keep track of what I owed, so I had to just take their word for it. After paying that off I was charged more regularly, but even then the amounts taken from my bank account didn't make sense; sometimes they charged \u003e100, once only 5, and everything in between. The scary part is that I was never notified before being charged, and I am still attempting to sort out a charge that came randomly after months without an appointment. Whenever I call, either no one answers or I am dismissed and rushed off the phone. I have left countless messages and never got a call back. They pretty much just take however much they like from my bank account whenever they like and then ghosted me when I tried to sort out how they're billing me.

Previously Caroline and I had an unpleasant phone conversation 30 mins prior to my appointment with Dr Newman. I was attempting to make payment arrangements yet she made it difficult to finalize. I had hoped I would hear from Dr Newman but have not. Today there was an attempt to charge my card without my authority! Caroline is unethical and unprofessional! Dr Newman’s office has always been a provider who was in the business of helping others until now.
