I called for an appointment to have someone fix our Thermador Freezer. It took days to get an appointment (which I understand) but the technician shows up and was there for probably 15 minutes and states he can't find anything wrong with it. A week later the freezer stops working completely and I end up throwing out all the food because it is hotter in the freezer than it is outside! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very happy with the repair of our Refrigerator. Rick, the technician is great. He repaired our stove about 5 years ago when he worked for another company. Not only does he do excellent work, he's a funny guy too. Keeps me laughing.
