I will NEVER come back again. Dr. Hoover and the staff treated me like GARBAGE. I was misdiagnosed because he judged me based on my appearance. When you are in agony it is hard to look completely put together. I can’t believe I had this experience. Very scary. I hope you learn your lesson. Shame on you

All your medical staff deserves a million stars! I took my mother to a different hospital and she was turned away all because she had normal results so they did not want to check her heart despite the fact that she was having heart related issues. So we waited a week and then when we realized just things are just getting worse we took her here at Saint Joe's and it was the best decision I ever made. I've always loved this Hospital. You really took care of my mom and I really appreciate everything that you guys have done. You left no stone unturned and have given me hope for my mom's health.

We came here with a 14 month old child with a severe head injury a few years ago in the ER. We weren't taken back to a room until 9 hours after arriving, and she started to get worse as the hours went on, so we told the nurses and they told us to give her Tylenol! Needless to say, we're never coming back to this hospital/ER again. I don't recommend this hospital!

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Be aware before bringing your loved ones here. My grandfather was admitted to the ER here last week. He doesn't not speak English. After several days, the medical staff did minimal testing and had not uncovered his ailment. They gave him a non-sensical diagnosis and sent him home. During the entire time they did not help him bathe, or even shave. He came home dirty and had not had a drink of water in days ( luckily he had an IV), with bruises on his hips from falling on his way to the bathroom. Needless to say he is now back in intensive care (not at this hospital) and not sure he will pull through.
