Val was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with on our home!! She’s a rare find, truly! Not only is she a talented and fabulous designer, but Val is one of the most caring people I’ve ever hired. Your home will matter as much to her as her own and the effort she will put into your project is endless. She went above and beyond in all she did for us and I’m forever grateful. Val would even stay up all night to work on our designs! Not everyone puts that kind of heart into their work and we were the fortunate recipients.

Val was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and responsive. She and her team redesigned a guest bedroom and kid's bedroom in my house. Her ability to think outside the box is amazing and she was very thoughtful about what would be good for my 3 year old. We loved her so much that we are now having her redesign my kitchen and living room. She is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met and I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with her.

We worked with the company a little while ago but ended before we finished the project. We never seemed to be on the same page style-wise. We felt her concept was being forced on us. Anytime we pushed back, correspondences got short and longer in between. Communication and professionalism skills could use a tune up.

It didn't go well. We never even got to the quote stage. Here is the exact timeline of events: Find her via Houzz, then she calls us the same day and it seems like a good fit. We set up a day/time for her to come out and there is no mention of a consultation fee or a minimum. She then has one of her designers tell us there is a fee which I kindly let her know that it wasn't mentioned on our phone call and if she wants to continue to meet on site then that's great but we won't be paying. They agree. She comes out and talks to us on a Thursday and promises proposal/quote quickly. Sunday we ping her to ask when we can expect a quote. No reply for 2 days. Tuesday we call and ask about a quote or even a reply to the email of when we can expect a quote. She calls back Tuesday night and says \we are too busy and it wouldn't be a good fit\. I reply back on the phone \that would have been great to know at the walk through and this isn't very professional\. Then she proceeded to try to lecture us on how we weren't professional. L.O.L. At this point I hung up. Look elsewhere - she is disorganized, petty and doesn't know what she is doing when it comes to giving a quote for services.
