Fantastic service! Having rung and discussed what I needed they were able to explain what they could do for me and for a great price. When I went to get the work completed there were ample Covid measures in place, a lovely clean warm waiting room with a TV and drinks. The work was completed in the time that was given and the service was great! I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much.

First rate service. Bought a second-hand car which had a A-frame attached already. TOWtal serviced the A-frame and fitted replacement parts to the vehicle. The next week we brought our motorhome down to Stoke so it could be fitted with a towbar. Discovered an small electrical fault with the car when we hitched it up and in freezing weather they fixed it there and then at no extra cost.

Contacted TOWTAL for a price to fit new towbar wiring to my Mercedes. The person I spoke to (GEZ,) took the trouble to check which kit I needed, then called me back as promised, with a very good price. He then called me again to inform me of a free \slot\ in the workshop, earlier than we spoke about. I dropped the car off and again, as promised GEZ called me to say it was all ready to be collected, 30 mins sooner than I expected!!. The workmanship was great, the service was great, the price was great. THIS IS GOOD OLD FASHIONED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
