Our Orix rental car broke down: broke down while driving and enable to start it again afterwards; so we had to get it towed to this Orix office in order to get another van. It took time but we got another van so, besides the fact that all our plans for the day got cancelled it wasn't that bad. However, the male staff (manager)'s attitude at this Orix office wasn't right. Since he was able to start the car (but still with all the indicators lit up) he started asking us if there was really a problem and even if we checked the engine to find the problem ourselves...which isn't our job btw. At the end, before living, since he seemed accusatory we wanted to make sure this didn't cost us extra and his answer was for us to call the Orix office where we rented the van from. Not really helpful.

ちょっと遠い
ホンダ系のお客さんに行くので、ホンダ車を借りました。禁煙で予約していました。フィットが貸し出されましたが、2013年以前の古いモデルでタバコ臭かったです。中には、「禁煙車」とステッカーが貼ってありましたが。しかも、ナビの示す位置が10ｍほどずれていて、自分がどこを走っているのかよくわかりません。こんなレンタカー屋は初めてです。
スタッフの対応が良かった。
