I had to come in for an airbag recall, and this experience was a great reminder why I never go to the dealer for maintenance service. I was \greeted\ by a rude, abrasive blonde woman when I first pulled up to the service station. Then, I was approached by a different man who came to my car without wearing a mask and said he forgot it. Okay, buddy, you forgot? We've only been doing this for nearly a year now. Not sure I trust you with my car if you haven't even picked up the mask thing yet. Then, he told me to go to his office -- a closed, confined space where we couldn't socially distance. I waited outside his office until I had to go in. Most of the mechanics in the service area and several employees inside did not wear masks. The seating in the waiting area was not distanced, masks were not encouraged or required and several customers sat without wearing one. No one ever came through to clean periodically as customers came/left (I'm still here and have been waiting for about 1.5 hours). Many employees would walk through without wearing masks or wearing their mask incorrectly. (Again, you expect me to trust you with my car when your employees still haven't learned how to wear a mask correctly...?) I would have waited outside if it wasn't raining. I guess thank you, Toyota, for fixing my airbag, but I would have appreciated consistency in your claims of concern for my safety. I would not recommend anything other than avoiding this establishment.

Toyota of Knoxville was very professional and treated me like Royalty from Start until finish. Raylee was my Salesman and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t use high pressure sales tactics. if your looking for a great dealership with great cars and prices look no further than Toyota of Knoxville!!!!!

The dealership is decent, the issue is with who they go through for their car loans. Huntington National Bank has given me nothing but problems from day one and their customer service is nonexistent. If they went through a better lending provider I’d give them a 3-4 star review but the lack of communication from the dealership and the horrible lending agency have made for a bad experience.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Toyota of Knoxville. You exemplified exceptional customer service and made my wish for Christmas 2020 come true! I love my new 4Runner & I can’t say enough about the purchasing process from start to finish...it was a breeze! Jason, you have good people representing you in Brian and Austin, who drove 4hrs to Athens, Ga to deliver my vehicle. They really are huge assets to your team!

I am very upset today. There are two people who are deceiving together and the sophistry computer shows that 36 000 miles have a warranty but my car is only open for more than 34,000 miles. I have have to pay money to get it fix.If everyone is cheated by others, there will be sophistry. are you willing to pay for what you didn’t do?
