I bought my 2016 Toyota Camry almost 2 years ago and love the car. My check engine light and traction control came on so I took it in for servicing, since it was still under \platinum\ warranty. The culprit happened to be my purge solenoid, but that's not why I'm giving this a one star. The lower hose tube was broken clean off and the service department indirectly accused me of breaking it, meaning the warranty would not cover it, or as they put it, \ the warranty doesn't cover physically broken parts\. They wanted to charge me over 200 for a 95 part. This part is literally held in with one screw, so why charge 100 in labor? I ordered the part myself and replaced it in 5 minutes. Upon inspection of the old part, it looked like it had been broken long before I ever owned the vehicle, and some genius glued it into place as a band aid. Makes you wonder who would do such a dastardly thing.

We had THE most amazing experience at Toyota of Easley!!! We were greeted by a salesman right away. His name is Scott Ferguson. He went to work for us immediately! We told him what we were looking for and he started checking to see what he had. We left to eat and he called right away to let us know he found what he thought we might be looking for. We returned to the dealership and he drove it out. It was perfect! A 2014 Toyota Tundra. We were trying to upgrade our son from an older Tacoma truck. SCOTT was just amazing! He was extremely professional!!! Listen to all our questions, concerns, etc. He worked very hard to get us the best deal! Such an honest, hard working man!!! We ended up purchasing the truck from him! I just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about this man! Such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the process was fantastic as well. From the gentleman that explained all the other features we could consider (he was NOT pushy AT ALL), to Bill who helped us figure out the financing for the truck. The dealership is clean, the folks are all very professional and friendly! I would HIGHLY recommend buying from Toyota of Easley! Huge THANK YOU to Scott Ferguson! My son LOVES his truck!!! I will buy my next Toyota from Scott and this dealership!!!
