The food, especially the fries, are always room temperature and stale to the point it's as if they were sat for an entire day; Especially during the night shifts. When food from this location is actually hot and 'fresh' it feels like you've won the lotto due to how infrequently that actually occurs.

Of all Jack in the Boxes this is one of the best!! Not only is a food fresh and good the service is terrific! For people who get paid min wage or close to it, they dont allow that to dictate how nice they are!!! They were not only professional and courteous, but always had a smile!! They keep everything clean and the restrooms are unisex. Great fast food place!!
I had the worst experience here save yourself the gas and money and do not eat at this location the Hispanic boy I don't know if he's high or just not smart enough for the job. I ordered a #7 instead I got a cheese burger. I had to go back through the drive through to let him know. After being advised that he gave me wrong order he then tells me to go around and enter the drive through again. Makes no sense what so ever. After ten minutes wait he hands me the burger in a box drenched in sauce. I didn't know if it was a soup or a burger??? For 9.15 not worth it at all. I should have gone to In-N-Out for way better service and quality. I will never eat at this location again worst experience ever. This Jack in the box does not deserve a (1) star thats too many for them, they honestly deserve a (0) star.
I love their tacos. Always a fix for a greasy taco craving.
