I'm giving one star because the sushi itself was very good. I gave the chef a good tip and the fish was good. Upon walking in, I immediately noticed the lipstick on the glass. I work in the food industry so I am pretty forgiving about these things. The dishwasher doesn't always get everything so I understood. What I couldn't get over was the hair on my gyoza. I noticed the hair plain as day right as she put the plate down. I am blond, as well as bald! So I knew this could not have come from me. I have never had this many health code violations In one sitting! Regardless, I still left my server and cook a decent tip and did not cause a scene. It is sad, because my husband and I enjoyed coming here. Will not be returning

One of the best places to get sushi in Tracy for sure! Staff is friendly and attentive. The rolls look amazing, which is half the fun eating sushi.
Loved it! Got the lunch special, with the sushi and soup. Super fresh! My friend got the potstickers and those were cooked perfectly. Also I had to ask for the name of the salad dressing because the fresh spring mix salad was to die for. I cannot pronounce it properly let alone spell it so I cannot write it sorry... a must try for yourself though!

I absolutely ADORE this place. Customer service is spectacular! The sushi chef's name is Chuck. Chuck is AMAZING. Chuck is like a sushi rock star but is totally low key. He will do custom rolls of your choosing and is the sweetest person like ever! His wife is amazingly sweet and an excellent waitress who doesn't just wait on you they dote on you devotedly. I love them. I wish I could take them with me to TX when I go home.
I've had better. Something about my shrimp tempura roll tasted strange. Miso soup was barely warm and the prices are on the high end and the product doesn't look worth it.
