This is literally the best gym in town you feel like a part of the family here. I have been a member here for a couple years now and just recently had to cancel my membership due to financial reasons but as soon as I am done with my last year of grad school you bet I am coming back to CFT. Miss you guys!

I have been attending CFT for close to 2 years. I have never been more committed to my physical fitness. I never miss a week. The welcoming group atmosphere makes it easy to feel comfortable and keeps you accountable. I joined during a major life event, and noticed the CrossFit community and workouts are great not only for physical health but mental health as well. CFT is an awesome CrossFit gym, that I recommend to anyone who is looking for fun workouts with other excellent people.

I've lived all over the country and trained at a lot of different gyms and this is by far the best one I've trained in. , Chris the head coach is approachable and friendly. also Vinny and Brittani are the best instructors . The same goes for all the staff. They were all around great. The classes are nice at night . I always got instruction/tips if I needed it, and I walked away having learned something new each class. Absolutely recommend this place.

Crossfit Tracy is simply awesome! The coaches are fantastic, and really motivate you to put in work at the classes that are available as well as in open gym hours. You can't get this kind of service and commitment from staff to members anywhere else. In a month and a half I lost 10 pounds, and shaved a whole minute off of my mile time. I love the members and coaches very much. It's like a second family there. CFT is the best!

What's not to love about this place! The facility, the coaches, the community, and workouts that actually get results...what more can you ask for? I used to go to fit repub;lic but saw an ad on facebook from CFT and thought, why not try it out and see... I havent left since. Highly recommend!
